comeputers.we took are teeth servay. we had subatoot for 45 minites. field trip. indoor recess

We spent this afternoon at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Monona learning about, catching and observing insects.

The kids had a blast and we learned a lot!

Did you know that a bug is merely one type of insect?

Did you know that lady bugs are actually called lady beetles?

We caught a lot of insects and baby cat fish in the pond. Kali wasn't sure if he liked the instability of the peer at first.

Cedric was befriended by a fuzzy caterpillar.

It was so cute!

10/3-10/6

This is Cecily and Dakarioen we releasd our butterflys We named Them: Sprinkles Cupcake, Bob Yosah, Breesam Johan, JJ Ronny and Steve Hairier.
On Wednesday the firefighters came with Engine Number 9. We learned about Fire Safety and we got magnets.
On Thursday we thought we had a gas leak. So, we had 2 fire drills and got to spend lots of time outside in the beautiful weather. After that we went for a neighborhood walk. We looked at houses, buildings; their windows and doors. And, we saw two cute puppies!
On Friday we went to art. We are learning about Dreamings. Dreamings are a kind of painting that they do in Western Australia.

REMINDER: We have a field trip next Wednesday to the Aldo Leopold Nature Center. If any parents can and want to join us, please do! (12:40-2:40p.m.)
